⚠️ ALSO, important ⚠️ Youtube now has a new feature called ‘stable volume’ which tends to degrade the care taken with audio, particularly for ASMR / meditation, making understated sounds very loud and adding intense white noise in quiet moments. Unfortunately, this feature is enabled by default and I strongly recommend that you disable it in the video settings when watching ASMR videos!
