Jun- Can you recommend a set of steak knives for home- preferably a set of at least 6, NOT made in China? My " henckles" are failing with many odd permanent splotches on the blades- i have no idea from what, and I saw they are made in China as I tried to restore them while scrubbing- them 1000 times- i remembered them as a German blade. And I have always used them- but im extremely disappointed with the brand in general- this last few knives i bought of theirs, is just NOT the quality they used to be- these have turned the whole brand into a no go for me- thanks for reading my comment, if you are so inclined let me know your thoughts-
