In May 2021 on my last day of my first big la trip, my last session with a really sick writer/ producer was cancelled last min the day of. I was soooo sad. Instead I got onto my bed with my acoustic guitar and I wrote this. I was so excited about it & knew I needed to record it before i left la but I was leaving the next day. I ran to APG studios the next day before my flight and begged Roxanne Silver to let me have an hour of studio time and recorded a demo, then left straight to the airport. 3 years later and after some Mike Robinson magic, I give u, u & the tin man. been holding onto this one for a longggggg time, but he’s yours now 🫶🏼
