Amanda Just a suggestion... I've been carnivore for a year not strict but in this journey basic matters as does movement which you mentioned the other day I'm 63 and my best results came w simply letting meat sit out for a bit patting dry Searing then cooking and season after with Redman salt or celtic salt its delicious!!! Over a year w not being strict I lost 30 lbs ate plenty of fatty meat and good fats avocado and a lil of other good things like u showed But over the holidays from mid nov till Jan 31st I added back in normal foods .... in that time No over eating but adding carbs typical Thanksgiving meal and other holiday meals along w my reg I gained 14lbs no alcohol no diff drinks just usual beverage simple water plain matcha tea w a lil honey Guess what 😳 😏 🤪 I lost it all before end of January by going strict w very very few add ins During the holidays I lost my energy that I had regained over the year too and felt lousy So girl... consider not fixing your meat ahead of time even though its good and watch what happens Wish you and all the best I'm not a tic toc er so have fun over ther

I have 2 very close friends doing this. They have been very successful at it and have had great checkups from their doctor. I believe you also will do well. Praying for nothing but the best.

One day at a time. An air fryer is your best friend! I won't load Tiktok on my electronics so I will miss you! High quality fats, no counting calories and do what Dr Berry says, "eat until you are comfortably stuffed." Do not forget to take electrolytes to avoid painful muscle spasms. Hard boiled eggs...and I make little marinated beef jerky bites by cutting up pieces of stew meat from the market. I vacuum seal them and throw them in the freezer and grab some when I going to be away from home so I have snacks.

Happy for you! Carnivore changed my life! Crazy energy, cognitive function, glowy skin (got tons of compliments), the sky is bluer, grass is greener and huge vitality! When I went off of it during the holidays I felt awful! I’m not strict. I eat butter, avocados, olives and pickles. Drink vodka and wine on occasion. Best thing ever! Ignore the nay-sayers!

I really want to see back to back IncriCottages. If you raise the roof line, there could be a storage/guest loft in the middle plus a front and back porch all made of panels giving us 10×40 living space. Knowing the panels are more cost effective than the wood homes, that sounds like a dream and plenty of space for anyone. 💜

Brown butter candy is my favorite. You simply cook unsalted butter 🧈 until it turns brown Be patient. Keep stirring. Then pour into molds I have silicone bear 🐻 ones from Walmart then place in freezer E
