You need to get used to putting in the work even when you’re not feeling like it
You’re not going to feel like you can run through a wall with each workout
You’re not going to feel excited about every workout
In fact, many times you’re probably going to dread it
But if you want to make it a normal, non-negotiable part of your life
The part of your life that will bring about the positive, long lasting changes you’re looking for
You’re going to have to get used to the fact that it’s not always going to be something you feel like doing
And this doesn’t mean that you aren’t allowed to take days off when you need to
Being flexible and listening to your body, enjoying life, etc and taking days off here and there doesn’t mean that you aren’t disciplined
You SHOULD do that from time to time
You don’t need to be 100% consistent
But you should AIM for it
Consistently doing something that is difficult to do, even when you don’t want to do it, builds habit
And once you build the habit, you’ll be hard to stop 💪🏻 ----- 🎯 If you need help with your own fitness and/or rehab journey, I can help:
