This weekend we tried something new… We made mini panettone entirely by hand, no stand mixer this time 😅💪 It took some effort, but honestly… it was so worth it. They came out better than we expected. Soft, fluffy, warm… everything you want in a holiday bake 🎄 And of course… we shared a few with our French neighbors here at the campground.
