I am very interested in male lingerie and corsetry. Thanks for including it in your line. And thanks for the explanation on why they may not appear as masculine as they could on a proper mannequin. I’m transmasculine and hope to buy a back-supportive corset soon.

Go for it. I love seeing how "fit" as a concept works on bodies...ALL kinds of bodies......and let's be honest, there are many bodies out there that in one way or another aren't clearly one or t'other(I'm talking about physical bodily characteristics here btw, not gender identity)

I feel like a mannequin isn't very hard to make for someone with the skill set of a corset maker! c: You'd just have to find a nice pattern! I'm really fond of using bra foam instead of interfaced material on the outside for extra rigidity 🖤

Yes please!!!! I want to someday get top surgery and I'd love to be able to wear a corset with a flat chest :)

It looks like a historic pair of bodies that were before stays. And men not being fancy is a modern thing. All humans seem to have gone back to only the wealthy having special clothes, I’m glad sumptuary laws are long gone and regular people can learn to make special things, to update their regular clothes. Yay people

I use a Uniquely You Dress form (no longer available) and a Fabulous Fit Dress Form system (padding out system that is still available). Fabulous Fit makes multiple body types of soft and pinnable dress forms, including custom and those with collapsible shoulders. Haven’t made a bra or corset or corseted gown in over ten years, but remember these as being wonderful. Used them as a base for customization.

A men's corset would be a great confidence booster for men who have lost a lot of weight but have excess skin left over.

As a member of the itty bitty 🍒 club I love to see designs like this, ❤ cause I always know that all the pictures of the more “traditional” shaped corsets, for bigger busts, will not at all look like they’re supposed to on me

Yes please do. I saw you make a plus sized one and was in awe. And then I saw you make them for men cause honestly I’m tired of wearing a women’s corset. And then you have androgynous ones as well def post more

Woman's Armor Workshop
About a year ago we found out that no one makes squishy male mannequins because men don't wear enough lingerie. My clientele varies greatly so I can't buy a rigid mannequin to display menswear. I have to show my men's corsets on a squishy female mannequin, and that's why a lot of people don't realize that a good fraction of my stuff is made for men (and even more for AMAB bodies).
We are very grateful for all the love on this denim vest, should I post more pieces for men?
