Did Harbin ever get released anywhere in the UK? Is it on any UK streaming service? Is there a Korean streaming service that it is possible for UK viewers to access to see Korean films? It seems like so much effort is put into promoting these fantastic Korean films everywhere around the world, and they seem to be available in other countries, but there is literally no way to access them and give the filmmakers money in the UK.
