IMPORTANT FANX UPDATE! Our panel has been moved to Friday, September 26th at 4:00 pm in Room 250A in order to give us a larger room to accommodate the number of you lovely fans who show up to our panels.

We are truly sorry for any of you who bought Saturday-only tickets or made plans for Saturday based on the original panel announcement. As you navigate the situation with FanX (either changing to Friday, getting a refund, or upgrading to a multi-day pass), please consider politely letting them know your frustration with our being given too small a room, year after year (with 2024 being the only exception).

This has been a recurring issue. We love FanX and we love the people running it. In many ways it's our favorite convention. We hope to continue appearing there for many years. We just don't want any of you to be turned away at the door to our panel again, much less by the hundreds.

The change in day-and-time this year, while not ideal, is the result of our demanding a larger space so we can see as many of you as possible. While we are frustrated with the recurring issue, we are also grateful to FanX for the last-minute change this year to address it. If you choose to voice your frustration, please also share your gratitude that they went out of their way to make it right.

It's a monumental task, organizing an event like this, and on the whole they do an amazing job every year. We've literally had private conversations about how it's the smoothest-run convention we've ever been to overall. We don't know why they struggle with us, but hopefully it'll never be an issue again.

If you can't catch us then, we're also both appearing on a panel celebrating the 20th anniversary of SERENITY (the movie that cemented our friendship). That's Thursday, September 25th at 7:50 pm in room 251D.

I still love thinking back on the time when my family saw Jonathan in the crowd at fanX and we chased him down wanting to say hi but he was going a bit too fast for us to catch up so my dad yells "JONO!!" We finally catch up and Jonathan says "I thought i was going to get robbed, I was ready to give you my wallet and everything." Sorry again that my dad scared you that day😂

Good job fighting for a proper room. And, hopefully, as you said it's the last time you'll have to go through this process again. Can't be there, though, I'm sure others will have a blast and I might get to see some stories from you about it. 😁👍

Thank you so much for coming to Fan X this year! It was a delight to see your panel and see all the wonderful fans excited to be there. My favorite thing is how you made the FanX community feel love when most of us nerds have felt rejected in one way or another. Also I think it’s heroic how you stand up for your values! Lastly, I’ll try not to trauma dump too much. 😅 but my father passed away suddenly when I 16. Though you two may only be about 10 years older than me, I have looked to you too and your channel as a type of father figure in my life, and I deeply appreciate it. Your channel has been a lot to many people I want to thank you in behalf of all of us! Keep being the wonderful quirky souls you are and keep shining that light! It is making changes in this world I promis

I’m so pumped! We had to switch from Saturday to Friday because my husband is a big nerd and was asked to excavate dinosaur eggs on Saturday last minute this week. (Okay, he’s pretty cool) I was sooo bummed that we wouldn’t get to see y’all’s panel! But now we can!! God is good!

Yeah I remember the line for the FanX of '23 being ultra long, and the room being overcrowded real quick. Even the line for the meet-and-greet to make up for it stretched down the hall. 😂 I was having my own story arc during the FanX of '24, so I didn't see you then, but hopefully I'll actually get to see y'all this year. (And whatdoyaknow, Friday is more convenient for me, anyway. 🤣

This one one of the reasons why I think that all the audiobook creators and writers in general she kind of work together to put together a discord server where people can read download and listen to all books including manga and all genres of books that way it wouldn't matter if it's at a library or not people can still access it and if you take the right measures no one could do anything about it

Fortunately for me I already met you guys at the now closed Maven theatre in American fork and saw you do a Q&A…..and am not planning on FanX anyway as I have a concert and a ghost hunt to attend that weekend. But it was cool meeting you guys a year or so ago
