I make eggplant rice by mixing oven-baked eggplant put simple sauces of soy sauce, organic sugar, and sesame oil. I pair it with meat or a fried egg. It's incredibly delicious. Even daughter love it. (Beef was bought at Costco)

가지는 비타민, 무기질 식이섬유가 풍부해서 심혈관건강, 항산화, 노화방지, 장건강에 도움이 되고,

다만, 가지는 찬성질이라서 열체질 사람에게는 열을 식혀주나, 찬성질인 사람은 많이 먹지 않는게 좋다고 해요.
오븐에 구워낸 가지에 간장, 유기농원당, 참기름 세가지로만 버무려서 가지덮밥을 해서
고기나 달걀프라이를 함께 곁들이면 정말 맛있더라고요. 아이도 잘먹어요.
