Follow-up on the Short I made regarding Gemini. I ended up manually making the form in MS Paint. Now if the problem was me not wording the prompt correctly, please prove me wrong by getting Gemini to make something like this. This form is meant to be filled out by hand, the empty spaces are needed for writing info in. I’m not anti-AI, in fact I just gave my father a device that transcribes his doctor’s appointments and uses AI to create a summary that I can look at. THAT is a good use of AI.
