Jack can be annoying, but he is so rare (for me at least) that he's barely even a problem While A-40 is guaranteed to spawn at least once

A-40 is very annoying than Jack. The only reason is A-40 is guaranteed to spawn at once during a Solo Run or Multiplayer. Even Jack is a little bit annoying but kinda Rare to spawn at Very Low chance while opening doors or Closets.

A-40 stun longer except you use wrath or greed charms but both is still annoying

I remember you used to see Jack a lot more back then, he was sort of a secondary threat that you had to take into account occasionally, but now, he's practically non-existent, and he probably even appears in a Jack blood room more often

Jack is harder because you cant tell if he’s in the closet or locket or whatever but shell? There are 2 indicators for shell, the locker closing sound when you open the door, and the breathing that you hear when you get close to the locker. This is even easier if you’re using the greed charm, because then you can see which lockers have shell in it. But shell is way more punishing than Jack because shell freezes you for like 5 seconds when you open a locker with it, but Jack just makes the closet or locker unavailable for like 2 seconds.

Jack rarely appears so he's annoying but dealing with him isn't very common, dealing with A40 It's much more annoying because it appears quite often, and you have to think fast if he appears with other entities

Jack is more like "oh hi there I'm gonna make you not hide for like 1 second which does almost nothing unless you are doing rents due and ambush is coming. But a 40 is more like "ABLVHXBBECBDCS NEDNWDND YEAH YOUR DEAD NOW"

Jack isn't allowed to spawn when Rush, Ambush, etc. Are coming. He is just a "Hah! You got scared!"
