Our friend and moderator SaladinAkara unexpectedly passed away recently. He was a well known character in our community, and I went to his funeral and met with his family. They were shocked and pleased to see just how popular their Matthew was. They had set up a GoFundMe campaign to assist with his funeral costs, and I'd like to think that some of the hundreds, if not thousands of people Saladin helped over the last 4 years might offer some help in return.
