Each exercise follows the theme 2&4. Some are 2 slow and 4 fast, others are 2 on one side and 4 alternate and others are 2 of one exercise and 4 of another.
There are no set timings and we practice each exercise in the warm-up so you are ready to perform each one during the class.
I explain how to make each exercise easier or harder so you can add weights, bend your knees, jump around or do bigger or smaller movements to suit your level.
Try and choose the level that gets you to RPE 12-13 and no more than RPE 14.
