1) Palestine 2) Orb: about the moments of the earth 3) we never truly appreciate the hardships that our ancestors had to go through to pass on important knowledge and this show explains thoroughly about that, it gave me a new appreciation for scientific research

1. Malaysia 2. The Apothecary Diaries 3. Good amount of mystery & drama, not too much or too little. The story is well-written. Good way of learning about traditional medication. Most characters have great characteristics.

1. Philippines 2. Dungeon Meshi 3. The world building is just so great, the way they explain the dungeon ecology is so well thought out. Plus if it was comedy it delivers and when it shifts into the serious part it hooks me too and keeps me focused to the story

1. Finland 2. Apothecary Diaries 3. Loved the characters a lot, the artstyle and animation were so beautiful and the story connected so well. Also the first opening is iconic!

1. Hong Kong 2. Frieren 3. I loved how they took the idea of the hero’s journey and further expanded upon it. I don’t think a lot of people really thought about what happens after the “happily ever after” of the hero’s journey. I loved how the mangaka “humanized” the hero’s and showed how they really are just regular people during the flashbacks, and also how Frieren was shown to slowly grow more empathetic and started to cherish memories more. Also the animation was just beautiful and they really captured the characters well. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

1) From Slovenia 2) Dandadan 3) Apart from the animation & pacing being pretty great, it has a lot of amazing voice-acting, especially Ayase's VA (so much expression & emotion in her voice)!

From England, favourite anime was definitely Look Back, more emotionally compelling and impactful in 50 minutes then most anime’s entire season this year.

1. Czechia 2. Frieren: Beyond journey's end 3. Well frieren is one of the most wel prosuced animes in a good while, great animation, amazing characters, stunning music and so much more. I believe frieren is able to touch everyones hearts no matter the age. It is just beautiful.

From India, Favourite anime Frieren, Reason, It somehow touched my heart, can't point out why. Maybe because it taught me the importance of my present relationships. The slow narrative atypical of a SoL anime mixed with occasional goosebumps you get from action anime, made the experience unique and enjoyable. And the OPs and EDs are the best.

From Australia. Fave anime in 2024 is Dungeon Meshi/Delicious in Dungeon as it's a fun fantasy with compelling lore and it has me wanting more. Characters have unique personalities and motives that makes them intriguing and there's so much twists and turns that has me hooked. Also the English va are so cool

1. Australia 2. The dangers in my heart S2 3. I really enjoyed the first season and somehow the second season was even better. I can't fully explain it but it just felt more realistic than some other romcoms.

1. Cameroon 2. Apothecary Diaries 3. The soundtrack was amazing, the romance and mystery aspects of the show were well balanced and kept me invested, and the setting being based on ancient imperial china was quite interesting. Overall, it’s also very refreshing to see more romance anime being aired in 2024. Happy new year, Joey! Good luck on TV!🍀

From India Favorite anime: Dead Dead Demons Dededede Destruction. Reason: Like, bro! It's the most surreal and absurd take on human interaction I have ever seen. The conversations and interactions between the characters feel so real and grounded in reality while also being completely animated. Unique handling of an old premise i.e. Alien invasion. The ending was such a twist.

1) India 2) Spice and Wolf: Merchant meets the Wise Wolf 3) I really loved the relationship dynamic and banter between Holo and Lawrence and loved the different plot points and side characters and the way complex economics was integrated in the story in a very simple and easy to understand manner
