I had a similar thing happen to me in Malaga, Spain. While walking in the rain the marble sidewalks get very slippery. Some little old lady called mr from across the street to help her. So I did. Even though I don't speak spanish I figured out what she wanted.

Don’t hold her hand, instead walk arm-in-arm so that if she does slip she can support herself on your sturdier frame. But good job!👏
