Eliseo Rael

I won an Emmy last Saturday night! Couldn't ask for a better Father's day/wedding anniversary present.

No one ever gets one of these without a lot of help and support from a lot of people. Here are just a few of those people.

Alex Stopa wrote "Spiral", performed, and did all the behind the scenes leg work to make this project happen! Without him, it never would have happened. Percussion ensemble director friends, program his piece. It's awesome!

Ryun Louie and Jeff Crowell are the other two members of our quartet. Not only are they great musicians but they also made the experience of recording this piece so much fun. If you ever get an opportunity to work with these guys, definitely do it. You won't be sorry.

I also have to acknowledge some of the teachers who guided me and whose words still inspire me to this day. Andy Reamer, Chris Allen, WIll Hudgins , She-e Wu , Barbara Lambrecht , Richard Lambrecht all helped to shape the musician and person I am today.

Thanks Mom and Dad for all the support over the years. Thank you brothers for brothering.

Last but not least I'd like to thank my wife and two children for enduring endless repetitions of scales, exercises, and measures 108-120 in our not so sound proof house.
