Bullying starts with the home. School has to understand what’s happening at home

Teacher training may be called for but it is administrative support that teachers lack most.

The punishments for bullies with adult supervision are- 1. Chores around the school after hours. 2. Homework for a whole month. 3. Cleaning up the town/city for a whole month, especially after the holidays.

All too often, bullying behavior and disrespect exhibited in kindergarten remains inadequately addressed for the next 13 years. While there may be some causal, homefront abuse increasingly there appears to be some parental support for a lack of respect of the school rules, teacher(s), the school, and peers.
