I anticipate consumers to be slowing down all across the board! Based on that large illiquid gap that I have shown in the Volume Profile,.. this is indicating a very large discrepancy between buyers & sellers! BE PREPARED! Don't get smmmoked! IF the sellers do show up, this will unequivocally result in aggressive, fast price-action to the downside! *Again* I anticipate sellers likely to show up, and show outtt!!!
Favorite Play - Tesla.. Currently the 200 level is super significant! I will not play earnings on this one due to it's belligerent volatility! I am batting 1000 with Tesla these last few weeks, and do not want to lose a trade with it! Earnings is obviously super risky!
I will be trading Microsoft ($MSFT) though! My final decision will be made on Monday before close! I will likely lock in a few contracts right before the bell Monday afternoon! Point of the day prior is to try to secure a position before all premiums get super jacked! I could easily see it coming down to AT LEAST 215.99, and catching some support off of the 0.618 at 212.60! (Between 212.60 & 214.19) In any case, .. an argument could be made for both sides of the coin, and would likely state as follows..
Microsoft:
🦈Bullish - Public cloud is widely considered to be the future of enterprise computing, and Azure is a leading service that benefits the evolution to first to hybrid environments, and then ultimately to public cloud environments.
Shift to subscriptions accelerates growth after the initial growth pressure, and the company has passed the margin inflection point now such that margins are increasing again and have returned to pre-Nokia and pre-“cloud” levels.
Microsoft has monopoly like positions in various areas (OS, Office) that serve as cash cows to help drive Azure growth.”
🐻Bearish - Microsoft is not the top player in its key sources of growth, notably Azure and Dynamics.
Microsoft lacks a meaningful mobile presence.
Momentum is slowing in the ongoing shift to subscriptions, particularly in Office, which is generally considered a mature product.”
Analyst's are still giving this a very strong buy recommendation! Short term technicals look very weak! Long-term, this is one of the best stocks to simply buy and hold! I want to be bullish, but I know better than to fight the trend! Risk-Off Sentiment will prevail! There is an ungodly high number of Puts all over the place! Crazy High IV... Me being me, as a "Stupid retail trader" / "Dumb Money" .. it would only make sense to load up some calls, swing for the fences, and hope for the best!😂(sounds cool, but that will not be the plan!)
