There are 4 different sections in the cookbook.
🥘 QUICK AND EASY ALL DAY - These are staple recipes that are constantly on rotation in my daily life. They feature easy-to-find ingredients and are perfect for busy home cooks who want to prepare delicious meals without spending hours in the kitchen.
🍲 FAMILY STYLE DINING - Here are some of my favorite large shareable entrées that are easy to make at home. These are the kind of classic Taiwanese large entrée dishes that you typically see at large gatherings, or 請客 ging ke, paired with rice, noodles, or enjoyed on their own. They are so delicious and crowd-pleasing that your friends and family are going to think you ordered from a restaurant. In fact, why not share my cookbook with them like a menu and let them pick and choose what they want to eat!
🥟 MAKE IN BULK - Prepare these bao, wontons, noodles, and dumplings in bulk. All these recipes are freezer-friendly and will save you tons of time throughout the week. You know how Asian grocery stores have frozen foods sections where you’ll see lots of dumplings, buns, and noodles? Think of this as like having your own frozen food section at home!
🍰 DESSERT AND DRINKS - To be honest, desserts are not my area of expertise. So when I say that these dessert recipes are foolproof, I mean it! These refreshing desserts are traditional, but with my own twist. These are the recipes I have up my sleeve whenever I’m hosting dinner parties, because you always need some dessert.
