Dr. Pelz I would like to know how many hours is the right amount to change between fasting? Is it ok to do every single day different length or it has to be couple days in the row the same amount like in your protocols? My minimum fast time is 15 hours since I started 2 months ago and in first week I did 39 hours fast just to see if I can make it with ease or not…. I do brake my fasts with healthy snacks before I get home when broth is not option but ending up with loose stool any help here?🙏

Dr. Mindy, I need clarification on when to start the cycle since I have IUD I am not clear on that since I do have occasionally premenstrual pain 😬🫣
