This Rolling Repeats class is built entirely on diagonal movements – using arms or legs across the body to increase coordination and raise your heart rate.
I use a 0.5kg weight throughout, but you can go heavier or no weight at all.
✔️ Seven exercises in total
✔️ Always done in rolling sets of three (e.g. 1-2-3, 2-3-4, 3-4-5...)
✔️ 30 seconds per move, no breaks – just over 20 minutes non-stop
✔️ RPE 13 – moderate intensity
