You rock, dude! You’re content is epic and inspiring! I am a fellow martial-artists (years of Muay Thai, recently started combat-oriented KungFu), but I just underwent a major-surgery awhile ago and have gotten pretty out-of-shape since I’ve not been able to go to the gym to exercise and go at the heavybag; your content has inspired me to never give up and to look forward to getting back into my passions as soon as I medically can. Thanks for everything you do, for all the great information, and for inspiring me and many others to always be our bests in athletics and in life in-general! 😊

Yes finally congrats brother i won a street fight with 5 men I was nervous at first but i remembered about your short videos so then i started fighting with my full strength Im a green belter in shotokan karate
