I always love watching your videos Beth. Would you be able to share some information about your daughter's college journey and how she picked her school in Italy? I have a teenager graduating next year and wanted to learn about college options abroad. I know your daughter doesn't like being on camera but if you can share some information in your videos while you're there, it would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Entertaining With Beth
Greetings from Florence, where I am helping my daughter move apartments in scorching temperatures! 🥵 I had to buy some big dark glasses to hide my tired eyes ha ha ha, but at least the dinners are great! One of my favorite Tuscan pastas is Pici pasta served with spicy tomato sauce alternated with a few good pizzas and of course there’s always room for pistachio gelato!!
