Happy Sunday !! I know so many of you found me through my hair tutorials, and I’ll always love sharing some hair content with you. But I’m excited to share that we’re on a new journey together, one that’s focused on wellness, beauty, and especially Pilates.

I’m now a Certified Pilates Instructor, and creating full length workouts for you feels like the most aligned step in my glow up. This is who I am now, and I’d love for you to come along with me as we build strength, confidence, and balance together.
