I been on trt for 10 years, gonna do strict carnivore for 6 months, then come off and see what happens during the next 6 months on carnivore and off trt. Why not right?

After going from high carb, low fat (veggie mostly) to high fat carnivore, my testosterone went from 226 to 858.

I’m on 200mg a week, my life has completely changed for the better. Feels like the world was black and white before and now I woke up to a world of color. If you’re a man reading this please go get your levels tested - it could be life changing for you too. As far as price, my insurance doesn’t cover it so I pay out of pocket. However I am able to get a 3 month supply from Walgreens with a GoodRx coupon for $20 a month. I buy the cheapest 27 and 21g 1 inch needles and 1 ml syringes on Amazon, both in 100 packs. Without insurance I’m paying about $25 a month. I’d hope anyone would be able to fit that into your budget.

It's not that I can't afford it, it's that my body makes hematocrit like crazy .

If you are serious about increasing your testosterone naturally you should read Complete Guide tò Testosterone by James Francis. He knows this subject really well.

Yeeeeah no. 2 years carnivore, my T went from 260 to 280. Barely worth mentioning. Some people are broken beyond diet changes.

I got mine up naturally in my mid 20s because I started noticing low T symptoms in my early 20s. As soon as I learnt about nutrition and cico - I taught myself how to cook in order to take control of this. I got down to a reasonable body fat percentage and started eating a decent amount of dietary fats. I started to feel very good. I got all this self confidence out of nowhere. Well, it's more of an "idgaf" sort of thing. 4 years into the gym and I'm still making noticeable progress, albeit very slowly. I'm at 23 FFMI. My libido and mood is fine. I don't get too lean or too high in body fat. I fluctuate between 10% to high teens on my cut & bulks. I feel better now in my early 30s than I did in my late teens and twenties. I partied way too much and my diet was atrocious. I gave up smoking 7 years ago and that too resulted in losing friends. Also, I have switched out almost all my cookware to stainless steel, upgraded to glass container/tupperware. I haven't drank regular soda in years. My added sugar intake is practically zero. It's my secret to having clear skin. I will have a diet coke here and there but not everyday.

@cammieklund

Why do many longer term carnivores get low testosterone though and is it a problem?
