Algorithms are killing the authenticity and rawness of creating, all while building barriers between creators and their audiences. I’m on a journey to find a space in which I can create freely without feeling I must only create to appease billionaires and their curations. I want to create for the sake of my soul, for the sake of genuinely connecting with others through our passions, for the sake of shining lights on stories untold. Spaces like YouTube, Instagram, X, & TikTok are pushing content creation through a dense filter. And I’m not here for it. While I will still be present on these platforms and will still post on Youtube, I’m seeking a new home for supporting my future content creation and artwork. Patreon has recently recognized these divisive shifts for creators on social media and has proposed a promising future on their platform. That said, I’m hoping the changes on Patreon will help create a home for my art and a safe space for those who want to stay connected and involved with the things I create. If this sounds like something you’re interested in being a part of, I invite you to join me on this journey of expression and discovery through your support on Patreon, totally FREE right now! 👽
