When I see the word angel, I know that an angel is an angle of light. This light is within us as well. When you slow down your brain waves during meditation, it makes it easier to work with these angles of light/angels. So I guess an angel to me looks like a ball of light or even just a photon.

When I think about Angel as lit. Malakh/Messanger, then I imagine it as androgynic human with wings, but in Christian terms I think about Angels as wide category of beings, with "chimeric" liminal hybrids, looking like Mesopotamian Lamassu/Karibu (Cherubim) or as a giant tornados of fire (Seraphim), not forgetting about those sweet non-euclidean orbs with infinite eyes looking at everything at once (Ophanim). Cheers

People like us, just very friendly, full of understanding and a little humour)) Real angels do not hurt us with their splendour and might. They try to be like us, so we make our own choices.

Thanks to the Renaissance, I imagine adult humans with wings. If I were being more faithful to the Torah, I would imagine normal looking people, since nobody seems to recognize them as angels at first (That is, aside from the later-recension Angel of the Lord passages).

An infinite collection of different species, as “angel” is not a specific type of being, but an assignment, a job to do; and thus may be done by anyone from anywhere in the vast Universe.

Looks human with wings and glowing light. Could also be fire producing the light.

Robed in white similar to how I would imagine a nymph, but more so like the classic artwork of Archangel Michael.
