There’s a condition called SARCOPENIA which affects older men & women in losing muscle & happens pretty much all over the body. This loss begins around age 30, but typically goes unnoticed since the loss is only about 3% per decade at that point. However, the rapidity of muscle loss ALSO GROWS exponentially every decade.

Yep, that pretty much nails it🤔the secret is Jesus 1st and keep active. I didn't stay as active as I should have been after my husband went home to Jesus and now 8 years later and a couple of broken bones, I have lost most of my muscle mass and trying to regain some. My mother in law is 85 and she can run circles around me
