After lifting for years, I've made more gains from watching your videos and taking your advice and in the previous 20 years with less work. Working effectively has produced better gains than busting my ass with mediocre gains. 👍

Thanks . Ive started concentrating on contraction over weight so hoping fo some good gains . Finding hard to shift bodyfat though so my nutrition must be off even with low cals

I do agree.. just with my back always ready to spasm, its impossible to deadlift, squat... so my only lower body can be seated leg press, extensions and ham curls. Am i doomed?
