I think you’ve covered everything leading up to becoming a project manager (training, certification, different fields, what careers you can take before becoming a PM. Etc) now I think some need to know the pay and bonus of different fields and some good ways to negotiate them. Then we can go into the software, roles, responsibilities, reports, remote work, flexibility, how to choose the right company to work for, negotiating vacation time, networking, etc. you have great content by the way

Mindset for project management i.e I have started to understand we need change our perception of thinking as a PM than a person who does execution work. Different case studies with challenges in them. Various tools and templates of them and how to apply (with example).

I just recently discovered your channel and have been appreciating the information you share - Thank you! One of the things I still struggle with is feeling comfortable leading the conversation among executive staff. Not sure if you have already put out content related to this but I think information on how to become more comfortable during meetings - how to start, drive and close meetings.

I would love to learn how to break into more senior roles for someone with previous project management experience + a Google PM cert. Thanks!

Hey, everyone! 👋🏽 I'm planning some new content and would love your input! If you’re already working in project management, or you're a new project manager, what topic(s) would you’d love to learn more about? (i.e. PM tools/software, Leading Meetings, Communication, Risk Management, Managing Complex Projects, etc.)
