Thank you for sharing. After losing my son I was so angry. I had walked away from my faith but God carried me back and the healing began. Your journey and openness to share you faith will help someone.

I absolutely love this. It takes so much courage and vulnerability to share something like this. You would never even know that you struggled with something like that because you are so beautiful and strong. God is so good and helps us in so many ways. Especially when we need it the most. I’m so glad that you shared this because this is exactly what I needed to hear. Struggles are real, but so is God. Thank you for sharing your story, I love this! I love you!!! There are so many people out there that need this kind of inspiration and to know that God is real and he will help! ❤️

Because of you I have never felt so healthy and strong. I pray that Jesus continues to bless and guide your ministry, your beautiful family, Nacho, and your baby pug. 🩷

Hi, I have been doing your cycling workouts for about a year or so now love them. You are not alone I have struggled with eating disorders and exercise addiction for several years. I know tbe lord and he has helped me overcome the eating disorders but I still struggle with the exercise part. I've been exercising since o was a kid and now I am 61 years old . God has a way of stopping me and its called injury. I am learning to have more balance in my life but it is still a challenge. So glad you posted this I know I'm not alone. Keep close to God and he will help you and anyone else who has this struggle.
