I don't know. It seems to grow when it wants to. Was in nursing home because of covid when I got there it was like a picksy cut really short that was in 9of22 out now its about getting to the bottom of my bra line so it's grown about 4 inches and i know alot of people dont like pantene but it makes my hair grow like crazy. I hadn't used it like in 10 yrs but I'm using it again. When I was about 30 used Pantene and my hair was really short and it grew down to my waist that was 33 yrs ago. My hair was really curly I hated it. But getting covid did one thing right for me. My hair went straight so I want to grow it again
