Thanks Doc Mark and a very happy New Year. I do all these things you recommend, but I do enjoy lifting and pushing those weights at the gym. I turned 68 on New Year’s eve.

Those things help, but I think having a buddy system is key! I go to the gym and that is my ME time. I have friends who encourage me, make me laugh, motivated me, check in on me when I'm not there. My gym friends are some of my best friends!

Thank you so much ,you're a good man! My wife is fighting a tough battle she recently been diagnosed with Lupus, and her doctors keep giving her more antibiotics. She has a kidney infection now, and she's not getting better at the moment. I told her pls just watch this podcast." I think we're going to try and find a good doctor around the San Antonio area." Thank you for what you do for humanity.

Very true. Also for those who want to make and need to make multiple changes especially with diet just start with one thing and master that and move to the next . Don’t overwhelm yourself. I’d like to remove excess sugar, dairy and gluten. I’ll be starting with the sugar.

I started a 30 day restart on Dec 8th of IF 20+ hours a day and OMAD. I'm feeling better already and can see improvement in my face and upper body. I'm planning on 2025 to be the year I get my health back. I'll turn 67 this Saturday!

Eat a clean, minimally processed food diet. Drink filtered water, minimize/eliminate vices, etc. Put heavy books in a backpack and go for a walk. Pushups, body weight squats, burpees, chin-ups, etc.
