Each l that you see is equivalent to 15 pushups and 15 squats there are 10 lines the first 5 lines where done with a 1 minute break in between each l but once we hit the half way mark you see the numbers 50, 40, 30, 20,10 and a lonely but special l on the 11th line. The numbers means how many seconds rest I had in between each l in that line so for the 6th line I only had 50s rest in between each l etc. that last l tho is very special that l is 15+3+3+3+3+6+5+5+2 of the squat and the pushups and it was all done in under 2 hours and i did it in the middle of the night its currently 3:12am 2/11/24 finished about 10-15 minutes ago. I did this to prove that you should never give up on doing what you want to do keep going and when you fail get back the fuck up again. I love you all. May god bless your souls
