Ok, quick hint: Even if you don't use WWE video, the other promotion to NOT USE ANY CLIPS FROM WHATSOEVER is New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW). They even come down on wrestling channels that use their videos and images in POSITIVE stories. But yeah, there's still loads of stories without touching a single WWE picture or video or anything with their copyright on it.

They are so incredibly overprotective with their media. It’s almost hard to believe. Totally understandable, I mean, I feel like the only way to get around that is by using a lot of Indie footage and that’s really hard, especially with wrestlers that there isn’t a lot of indie footage to get.

As a massive wrestling fan, here's some tips: 1 - Only use pictures from WWE or AEW. Actual clips from them will get you claimed or striked. 2 - One risky way to get around it is to make sure an actual clip is approximately 7 seconds long. I've heard this doesn't trigger the copyright ID system which means your video is okay. So, 7 second clip, then a picture or non-copyright material, another 7 second clip, repeat. Some channels have managed to get away with using this trick but it can backfire if the clip automatically gets claimed no matter what length it is. 3 - Your best bet is to just use independent wrestling footage or non-wrestling footage. Other companies vary if they want to claim you or not. TNA, MLW, All Japan, NOAH are okay. 4 - New Japan is an absolute no-no. No matter what you do, they will strike your video. They did that to me once.

I like what others in the comments are saying, if you decide to make another video, maybe do it about more obscure wrestlers from other countries. I'm always fascinated by stories from other parts of the world than North America, because we just don't hear about them here.

The latest Evil Wrestlers video is probably the last wrestling related video I'll make because WWE hit it with copyright claims so I have to use the blur tool in the video editor again. It's just a never ending cycle with them.
It's particularly annoying that the only place they blocked the video in is Russia but that automatically takes away monetisation if I don't do anything about it.
