Turkey bay off road park at land between the lakes, Brushy Ridge motorsports in Astoria Illinois is amazing, you can ride all weekend and never hit the same trail twice.

Fillmore, Utah (small farming community surrounded by state and federal parks and mountains) has a yearly gathering called the ATV jamboree and people travel from all over to attend it. I grew up in the area so I'm totally jaded cause for us locals it's the time our town is overrun by tourists but it truly is right up your alley

I would suggest the Mid-America truck show in Louisville, KY I believe it's usually held sometime towards the end of March every year. I think you would enjoy it and I know you have alot of fan's in the trucking industry.
