Is it REALLY possible to heal? Break trauma bonds? It seems hopeless often. Even Dr. Ramani who I love and respect said she STILL to this day struggles with residual effects and feeling nothing she does is quite ever good enough. I have OCD and I have cPTSD from dad and husband. What's the point in fighting? esp if we have kids together. I don't know if it's better to stay or go...
