I would really like to know more about the adverse side effects on dry herb vaping. This is, from my own research, the safest way to “smoke” thc but the water becomes muddy when researching because when people say vaping, they usually are referring to the thc oil vaping, which we know is not good for you. Really want to learn more about this as a distance runner that partakes in the occasional dry herb vaping session. Thanks!

As a medical user and certified medical consultant, I'm most fascinated by the little regarded muscle relaxant effects of THC. CBD, CBG etc and their various anti inflammatory properties are well known in the general population, but the muscle relaxant effects are less well researched or understood by the average consumer. While it's not recommended for spasticity yet due to that lack of research, I am deeply interested in how it is having such effects given the (according to current data) lack of CB1 receptors in the gut, organs and greater musculature. As someone with several spastic disorders, it is remarkable how quick acting and notable it is and for me at least appears to be only somewhat less effective than the garden variety muscle relaxants available. If nothing else, very few people seem to know about the existence of THCV, that's it's a rare mutation of THC, or it's effects. So I think that, CBDV, CBC/A, CBL (which my particular college did not have a lot of info about and papers don't either), and other 'adjacent' cannabinoids are fascinating.

I’d be curious about the differences in the effects of 1960s and 70s era potency weed vs. the much more concentrated THC in more modern strains of weed. Anecdotally speaking, I’ve seen many people seem to develop a bit of paranoia after decades of smoking these stronger varieties. And I’m curious if there is any actual connection.

I like the idea of showing how meds/vitamins like st. Johns wort (dont do this unless you talk to your MD) how it induces Cytochromes P450 to increase drug metabolism to detox. Or maybe compare how smoking a joint/bong is similar to an insensitive Spiormeter. Or maybe discuss the gas exchange in the alveoli and how it binds to the RBCs and thats how you get high.
