Hey, I just woke up from a nightmare that I was missing my flight to Europe after 4 hours of sleep. And I've had trouble getting consistent night sleeps ever since I had covid back in August. Hope you find a regular sleep routine. Getting exposed to Sun early in the morning will help reset your clock so you can sleep better the following night. And staying away from video games and social media after 10:00 at night will also help.
