Restaurant is kind of almost always a losing business. Comedy club is higher risk but feels more stable

I feel I would rather a restaurant over a comedy club because I've met a couple of restaurant owners and heard some of their experiences running a restaurant. I've never been to a comedy club or met any owners

The food and hospitality industry is tough to succeed in due to unpredictable trends and appetites, but comedy remains in demand, especially with sufficient funds to attract talent.

Of course, a restaurant. I love to cook. Comedy clubs aren't the good investment to manage and comedy is hard to pull off. Unless we come up something lowbrow and shocking.
