Hi Dr Alex. Would you have a video for self treating stiff index and middle fingers after wrist surgery? I broke my wrist 12 weeks ago and had a metal plate inserted. I have done all the physio and now have full range of wrist motion back but these two fingers are stiff to bend in the morning and sometimes stiffen up during the day if I'm not using them.
