Such a shame to see this channel change like this . I really enjoy watching him making his homestead and spending time with his dog with the beautiful scenery. This channel was an escape from all the crap going on in the World but unfortunately it seems that has gone 😔

Been watching the vids for years and for me the whole point of watching your videos was escaping negativity to instead focus on nature's beauty, peace and a simpler lifestyle. Skip to 2024 and the channel is becoming more about prepping for doom's day and talking about all the negativity most of us are trying to seek refuge from. I respect your decision to follow what you think is true but this is going to be it for me as I don't share the pessimistic outlook on life. Besides prepping is futile, if society collapses the zombies will be coming for you too. It's in everyone's best interest to work together rather than isolate and fortify. Interesting thought experiment though and I understand the appeal even though it makes 0 sense unless you're trying to profit from the fear mongering here and now in which case it makes perfect sense.

I understand being prepared. We do that without the doomsday anxiety though. Throughout history, "human restructuring" happens: wars, plagues, genocide, and insanity. The world continues to turn. Perhaps in my lifetime it ends. Perhaps not. Either way I am not going to do the world coming to an end thing. Like others I have watched your channels for some time. This one was very disappointing.

Thousands and thousands of your subscribers are not Preppers Shawn, opening this vlog today was a mistake that l hope should be the last.

Yikes, 1 hour and 42 minutes of paranoia seems a little much. I’ll pass.

The reason I watched your channels was because it was all about building a beautiful place to live in right in the middle of nature. Building it by hand. The craftsmanship and without talking. Now it has become too much talk about being prepared for when disaster strikes. Too bad and thus signing off. All the best though Shawn. Gr. from Scheveningen.

Didnt take shawn as such an alarmist. Canadian Prepper is a pretty solid prepper but he is way over the deep end on world events and is more often than not completely wrong and loves to use “sh!t is hitting the fan” far too much. Where he gets his information is unknown and doubt anyone would risk their careers feeding him info.

just though I'd let you know that someone is posting your full videos on their channel pretending it's them and just speeding it up. the channel name is "Life The Jungle" only has 85 subscribers but figured you would want to know. Keep up the great work take care.
