I really like this reframe! Money does function as protection, especially when providing a service that takes from us or wears us down in some way. A similar money mindset shift that I ran into this past year, is that money is not the root of all evil. I never believed that, but I wasn't sure what to believe (for the record, these days my best guess would be pride as the root, as it is associated with that oh so dangerous separation from Source, and opens the doorway into justifying all the other sins). Money is a tool, an amplifier. It will amplify whatever traits were already within a person. Many of us simply don't have high level temptations UNTIL we have good money. And then, well. 😳😮‍💨 There's a quite a lot of hubub about a certain set of files lately, the names listed in those files, and whether or not money allows them additional protection from justice, or for some reason, a sanctioned right to dehumanize others. Yes, the evil we see with money is extreme. But it wasn't ever the money, it was the people behind it. Money can do many amazing things for people, and associating it with evil people can put a psychological limit on how much a person is willing to expand their widely in demand/needed services and businesses. Protection. Money is also a tool for protection, it helps keeps safe people safe, too. That's why so many parents stress about money, they want to guarantee safety and stability for their children. 😊🤍

A form of protection that's been exploited, weaponized and misused for controlling things that people have no business controlling. Who would of thought random strangers that hate you would be in control of your food and housing.
