While I love you analyzing.. you simply enjoying the shows will make it feel much more like watching the show with a friend. Which is also great! Can't wait for more. Thank you so much for the wonderful content x3

Some of us remember this man when he would only, begrudgingly, under protest, absolutely hated it, no way, awful, listen to one anime song PER YEAR. And now look at him, beardless, “very into” anime, looking happy, healthy, and ready to ROW, ROW, FIGHT THE POWER. I’m so glad you finally joined us. May it carry us forward together for years yet to come. ❤😊

Always good to enjoy anime first and critique second. It's something many fans could learn from.

Glad to hear you like it, been into manga/anime since a very long time and it’s always nice to have more people to share and discuss it

Completely fine. I'd enjoy video's in the aftermath about both the music and your overall thoughts of whatever you happen to be watching. Goes for both anime and games really

Gurren Lagann is very good. After that, you should watch Black Lagoon :)

Just enjoy the show, you can analyze the music after the show end or just enjoy the show

You could make a separate post-action report of sorts, once you've completed (or stopped watching) an anime. Like a free form video of what you liked and disliked. Which pieces of music stand out, and which weren't particularly effective? Where could they have improved on how the story was told? Stuff like that. Like a little show and tell. I think that'd be interesting and a coherent way to present the information that would otherwise be thrown across many episodes, and it doesn't force you into distracting yourself from watching any given episode. No clue if this has already been suggested, I'm just word vomiting.

Try not to drop the analyzing tho :P (it can be done after the ep or whatever instead :P) That's the stuff that really shows your unique perspective and adds value to the reactions.

Hey Marco, love to hear that Anime has become something you just simply enjoy to watch. The whole medium is full of so many good shows that people often dismiss as just 'cartoons'. Have a good time exploring anime, and don't be afraid to drop shows that are not to your taste. And if I may give you a suggestion, create an Anilist/MyAnimeList account, and use them to keep track of your watch list, in case you plan to watch a lot of them.

Please, I would love if you reacted to the opening songs of the anime called The World God Only Knows, I'm sure it's going to surprise you.

I'm curious, Marco, are you still gonna watch Apothecary Diaries?

hey all! Glad you're enjoying the Frieren watch alongs here on youtube. So glad we've gotten it to work out even with these super cut downs. I wanted to let you know that after frieren I start to "watch" episodes vs "analyze" episodes. Especially with Gundam and later episodes of Gurren Lagann (which will be coming next) so I just want to temper your expectations in advance. Gurren Lagann and Frieren made me VERY into anime so I stop looking at them as pieces to talk about and shift to pieces to enjoy. :)
