This happened in middle school during late spring, the temperatures changing to summer temperatures, leading to everyone feeling hot and exhausted.
We were currently waiting in our halls due to the fact that we couldn’t enter the science lab without our teacher
I was talking with one of my classmates while all of a sudden, someone kicked my classmates keys to me. The guys from my class were playing football and told me to give them the keys so they could continue having fun.
I decided that walking up to them was too much of a chore, so I picked it up and threw it to them.
I’m hindsight, I can see the stupidity; I can’t aim when I throw and throwing things near open windows is never a good idea
You can probably imagined what happened
The whole class ran outside to find the keys, only to realize they were stuck on the 1st floor roof
My classmates wanted me to climb onto the roof, but luckily an older kid took pity on me and helped me get the keys back
Moral of the story: don’t throw things- kick them instead
