Lookin Forward to it. As an 2nd generation Immigrant in the united states who constantly misses QUALITY HOME COOKING you are the BEST REAL chef on youtube. Your recipes are complex and well reseached but the way you explain food makes it accessable to EVERYONE. Thank you. Currently becauase of my work life balance i dont have time to cook real food even though it is my passion. Looking forward to sharing your recipes with my family once my kitchen is repaired and i have more time.

Ohh, missed the original post but can’t wait to see the reloaded version. Cheesecakes are my go to and favourite type of cake - even better than black fruitcake in my opinion!
