Of course I don’t think Billionaires should be deciding farming practices in developing countries—they’re too culturally remote. But it may well be the case that individuals like Bill Gates could find a better and more effective way to provide philanthropic aid.

I agree he has money but does he know the lifestyle, climate, water supply, the soil and the bio environment of the region? Having money does not make one know better!
