I really need to quit alternating character designs so often because every time they reappear in an animation they look different from last time and animation takes forever. Also I tend to change small pointless things. I’ll try not to change anything until like a year later or something 🤷

At least there is a select few that I’m happy with

The last slide is just me trying to cram like 22 characters on one screen and while ordering them by (roughly estimated) height and it looks ridiculous

Dude, these character designs look so professional! The lineart and art style feel distinct and have a lot of character, the shapes portray a lot of personality, they’re just simple enough to be animator friendly, you can see the connection bwteeen multiple characters just in design alone, and you can even tell different species apart despite how unique each character looks! There is so much storytelling in these designs, there might be a circus, the tech is a mix of steampunk and futuristic, there’s pirates, a couple characters look very professional and formal which tells me they may be from some sort of order or higher class job, these are absolutely beautiful! It’s taken me 7 years to work on my own project and I’m still working out character designs! I really hope this becomes an indie pilot or webtoon comic in the future, these designs are fucking gorgeous 🩵

Ok but like why are your character designs SO COOL?? I’m so taking inspo from these. Not gonna copy because my art is nowhere near as good as these. But just for inspo. I’ve had art block recently and can’t find any motivation to draw.
