@CyanRooper

I think the series needs a break at this point. And instead of letting one developer try to appeal to the massively divided fanbase, EA needs to let other developers make NFS games that target different demographics like how they did in the late 2000s. Let one studio make games like Heat, let another studio make simcade NFS games that combine the Prostreet and Shift games, let another studio make NFS games that are inspired by the Hot Pursuit/High Stakes/Rivals games. The racing game market is empty compared to how it was in the 2000s. This is a good opportunity for NFS to dominate the market with different games that target different demographics.

@TheRealChainNinja

Thank you Team Kaizen! You really revived Unbound after all the criticisms previously when the game was new. Wish we could’ve got room for one more update, but it is what it is. Thank you again devs! Well done on your hard works!

@Bruuhhhhhh

It was a good point to put the breaks on the series, I hope that enough time is taken to later come back once the team is properly ready for it under good enough conditions. Good work lads o7 Hope to see more of it in a couple years

My eyes are literally watering... Thank you, Team Kaizen, for all your great and productive work in improving Need for Speed Unbound. You truly deserve to be at the forefront of a bright (I hope) future for NFS. If all developers listened to their players as much as you did, the gaming industry would be in a much better place. We all hope that EA doesn't lose such talent, and in the future we will see you again in future projects of the Need for Speed. Wish you all the best!

I didn't realize the circumstances behind team kaizen and the fact that ea was pivoting away from NFS period, in favor of battlefield. Personally that feels like a giant insult to the NFS fandom. But despite some of my grievances for unbound, I have nothing but pure respect for the kaizen team and what's been accomplished these last few years. Considering that you're working with a skeleton crew in the shadow of a dying company, you've brought more innovation, fun, nostalgia and love to this franchise than I've ever seen. I mean... Bikes? Outstanding. You guys should run NFS. Not even joking. EA clearly doesn't care about the community or what we have to say, but you guys did. The updates, the regular newsletter thing, all of it, felt like you guys loved what you did and that you actually cared. And tbh that's at the heart of every good thing, be it food, entertainment, technology, whatever, love for what you do, and for the people you do it for, makes a good thing possible. I'm sorry that you're being cut down in your prime so to speak, but as a NFS HP2 veteran, I gotta raise a glass to you guys. 🥃

So happy that we're actually getting some solid NFS games. I only wish it were a more popular genre

Great game overall. Besides the minor bullcrap and crashes outta nowhere I beat the game and loved it. Still online dominating and having a blast though
